The hard-shell knuckle armour is moulded from a rigid polymer that disperses impact energy across the shell surface before it reaches the hand. In R&D the shell geometry, thickness and mesh ventilation panels are tuned together so protection stays decisive without sacrificing airflow. Materials are REACH-compliant and every batch is validated to EN 13594:2015.
