Reactive Viscoelastic Polyurethane Chemistry.
Each unit is produced from a specially formulated viscoelastic core whose regular, controlled cell morphology distributes impact energy across a wider surface area. Shore A hardness, wall thickness and process parameters are tracked at every batch so flexibility, weight and damping stay within a tight, repeatable window. Formulations use REACH-approved raw materials, and production runs on tightly monitored injection moulding.
