Production & R&D Process
Hybrid Core & Fabric Lamination.
FC series combines a viscoelastic core with a purpose-selected fabric cover. In-house R&D matches the textile’s stretch and breathability to the damping layer so the protector integrates seamlessly into fabric and denim garments; lamination is validated for long-term adhesion, tear strength and flexibility and geometry is tuned in mould development to keep the unit slim while retaining certified performance.

FIT & FINISH
Stretch & Tear Validation
Textile stretch and breathability are matched to the damping layer; long-term adhesion is validated.
