This series is engineered around a durable green PU foam developed by the material science team. R&D balances polymer chemistry, density and geometry so the protector stays soft and ergonomic while absorbing impact reliably; the mould design is validated for consistent wall thickness and reproducibility, with Shore A hardness and part weight checked per batch.
