High-Performance Thermoplastic Shell Technology.
The shell is moulded from a impact-modified thermoplastic (IMAC®-style) that absorbs and disperses impact energy efficiently across the outer skin. The multi-density expanded polystyrene (EPS) liner is tuned in R&D to manage the remaining energy through progressive compression, while materials and process parameters are tracked per batch. All raw materials are REACH-compliant and every shell is validated to the 3C/EU impact certification methodology before release.
