Production & R&D Process
Viscoelastic Polyurethane Technology.
Each unit is produced from a viscoelastic polyurethane formulation whose structure and density are optimised in-house for controlled impact absorption and everyday comfort. Shore A hardness, wall thickness and process parameters are tracked at every batch so flexibility, weight and damping stay within a tight, repeatable window. Formulations use REACH-approved raw materials, and production runs on tightly monitored injection moulding.
